Wine is constant proof that God loves us and loves to see us happy. ~ Benjamin Franklin

You’ve heard my spirit guides and me talking about the Roman Catholic Church many times in these posts. But today we would like to focus on the funny side of the church.

That’s right — even the Roman Catholic Church can be funny. Although you would have never known it when I was growing up in the church.

So just sit back, relax, and enjoy these three short, funny videos. If you want, pour yourself a glass of wine. 🙂

And you thought nuns were serious all the time.

Here’s the hilarious Father Guido Sarducci at his finest.

Finally, here’s the head of the Roman Catholic Church (yes, Pope Francis!) cracking a few jokes on The Ellen Show.

That was hilarious, I really liked it! All three of them made my day especially the nun and the Pope. God knows we need a Pope and nuns with a sense of humour. Laughter brings us together and heals our hearts. Thanks for the laughter and the joy it brings.

    love and hugs

You’re most welcome, Jeannie. It was hilarious. I had a lot of fun writing that post. As you say, laughter brings us together and heals us.

      Love & hugs.

Hi John ☺️You are hilarious!! Thank you for those clips. They brought back many crazy BVM (blessed Virgin Mary) nun and priest memories.
I also wanted to thank you, Spirit and all those who respond to your posts. In a recent post about feathers and miracles you talked about how Spirit is always helping us if we would just pay attention. Well, when that post came out Iwas going through a very scary time and I realized after reading your message and all the wonderful responses that , that was my little gift to pay attention to. And yes , for my life , what I would call a miracle occurred and the situation was resolved. So thank you and everyone again. You NEVER know when you might be helping someone! Loads of love and gratitude!

You’re most welcome, Cathy! I agree with you — they brought back a lot of memories from those days.

Thanks so much, Cathy, for sharing your recent experience. As one of the affirmations in A Course in Miracles says, “I am entitled to miracles.” I’m delighted you got your well-deserved miracle.

      Love, John
