TO ORDER A READING
(There are 4 sections below. Please read them carefully and then complete ONLY the ONE section that applies to you.)

SECTION 1

I want a typical "live" reading of 45 to 60 minutes @ $107.00 (US dollars) by telephone, and I want to pay by credit card. (Beyond 60 minutes, we will add $47.00 for each additional or partial half hour.)

When we receive your order, we will contact you to arrange a date and time.

We will not charge your credit card until the day we do the reading. After your reading, we will send you an audio tape recording.

I want an abbreviated reading (about 20 minutes) @ $47.00 (US dollars) by mail, and I want to pay by credit card.

When we receive your order and your questions, we will put you on our readings schedule at the next available date and time.

We will not charge your credit card until the day we do the reading. After your reading, we will send you an audio tape recording.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for telephone readings. That means if you have to cancel, we ask you to give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you don't give us 24 hours notice, you will still be charged. But we will re-schedule you at a date and time we both agree upon.

We'll send you an audio tape of your reading, whether "live" or not. Audio tape shipping to USA addresses is included in the above fees. For shipping to all other countries, please include $10.00 in addition to the reading fee.
