The other day my spirit guides sat me down and gave me this list of spiritual truths.

They are nothing you and I did not know. But, if you’re like me, you need reminders now and then.

  • You were born to have fun. You knew this as a little child. But you forgot. Call up the little child within.
  • You are never alone. Spirit is with you always. Your spirit guides and angels are with you always. Ask them for help when you need it.
  • Your body is your friend, no matter what shape it’s in. It wants to serve you. Let it, and you will thrive.
  • There is no challenge in your life you cannot meet successfully. Just trust yourself and Spirit. Then you will resolve all challenges.
  • Life is supposed to be easy. If it’s hard work you’re not doing it right.
  • Everybody else is okay just as they are. Allow them their path. You just tend to your own path.
  • There is no death. You will eventually shed your body. But you will go on. All your relationships will go on.
  • Life is beautiful. Look for the beauty, the good all around you. There you will find healing.
  • There is no limit to what you can have, do, or be. Unless you believe there is.
  • You have never made a mistake. Spirit takes all your “mistakes” and turns them into gifts.
  • If you want more peace in your life, give peace to others. Be peace.

    Hi John,
Thanks, parts of this post really lifted me up as I have been feeling a little down the last few days. I really need to learn to stay in touch with spirit and trust more in their support and love. I think I will make a point of talking to spirit before I go to sleep each night!
Thanks again for all yours and spirits’ wisdom.
    Blessings and thanks again.

You’re most welcome, Sarah. I think staying in touch with spirit is something we all need to do more, especially when we’re not feeling our best.

I talk to my spirit guides every night before I sleep, and also the first thing on waking up the next morning. It makes a powerful and positive difference.

      Blessings to you, Sarah.

Thank you, dear John. All your messages cheer me up. As I go around and about, I am constantly bringing humor and cheer to all others I meet. Last night I had a “balloon man” make my a peace dove. I waved it around for a couple of hours and as I was leaving Olde Town Alexandria, a young man asked me for a handout. Instead of dealing with his request for money, I simply gave him my peace dove balloon and suggested he could sell it. He went off apparently satisfied. I was!

You’re most welcome, dear brother! And thank you for your kind words. I’m sure you touched that young man deeply.

How to find peace. Interestin. I usually get a feelin I hafta do somethin. Which is kinda funny, cuz that is exactly what happened this weekend. I found myself with no one to hang out with, nothin ta do and three days off. Then, I had a ‘feelin’ I needed a roadtrip to Sedona, AZ. For those who don’t know, there are power spots located in the Sedona area called Vortex’s. I went there two years ago with the same feelin. Anyway, this particular trip took me to the Bell Rock Vortex. Why did I drive over 700 miles on a ‘feelin’, I have no clue, but, I’ve learned to listen, and it hasn’t failed me. This is what I wrote while I sat on Bell Rock:
Not sure what I was expecting: a choir of angels? Whole body tingles? Just a sudden awareness? I have no clue. Something dramatic would be nice. Not too dramtic, just a sudden knowing that this is why I came here…a knowing and understanding.
I sat up there for 3-4 hours in the sun wating…but nothing happened. I decided to leave. As I was heading out of town, I saw a parking lot with tents, there was an Art show. On impulse, I pulled in. I met a woman, her name is Angel. After I left, I stopped at a lake to clean up an change. As I was drivin towards Flagstaff, I was listenin to the radio. I just hit the seek button an what came on the radio just blew my mind. I drove around a corner in the road an the sky just opened up…it was amazing! I slammed on the breaks, stepped out on to the road. I had to take a picture. When I sat back down behind the wheel. I started to cry. My whole body was shaking. I know. I understand. What I wrote up on Bell Rock happened. I heard Angels, my body tingled. It was dramatic, but not too dramatic, an I know. I understand. Peace. There are many more words you could chose, but that is a good one. Peace. Much love to all and thank ya fer lettin me share. Damian.
