Do you believe our title? Is being happy really simple and easy? Is the key to happiness, as Dr. Sood says, as simple as practicing gratitude? Is happiness your birthright as a child of God?

US President Abraham Lincoln put it this way:
“A man is about as happy as he makes up his mind to be.”

Here are some thoughts from Spirit.

You do not need a reason to be happy. The only “reason” you need to be happy is to know all is well, now and forever. It has never been otherwise. It will never be otherwise Despite appearances. Despite what your human minds and physical senses see. Anything other than well-being is an illusion.

And so you might ask, “What, then, is really real?

Love is real. Appreciation is real. Joy is real. Passion is real. Happiness is real. Well-being is real. Seeing the world through the eyes of God is the only way you will ever see what is really real.

Anything other than what is real is just a passing illusion. Sickness, poverty, “bad” relationships, death, war, disharmony, dis-ease — these are all illusions, albeit illusions you created. But you can “uncreate” them in the blink of an eye.

Your natural state is well-being. Happiness is natural. Joy is natural. Good health is natural. Abundance is natural. All good things you’ve ever wanted in your lives — these are natural. They are your birthright as a human being, a physical aspect of your soul — a physical aspect of God.

Happiness is your natural state of being. When you choose to remember that, you’ll be happy. Happiness is up to you. When you accept this you’ll know you do not need a reason to be happy.

Just be happy!

Its NOT easy for someone who has not experienced how this works.
I was in those shoes a while back.
But later once i made the shift i feel now its easy.
I see all the time how people, friends and relatives take things sooo seriously and fret about it, worry about it etc..
I can see who they try to our 2 + 2 and put all kind of logic etc while the flow of Divine you don’t need to worry about it all.
but when you believe everything in life came from a point of light or God and this life is just a passing phase then you don’t treat events seriously anymore. And somehow Joy fun happiness is easy and its easy to shift to that.
Its like a 3 yr old kid worrying about a toy which we know in a day they gonna forget about it.

to answer your question yes happiness is accessible right away. and can be got easily but you need to know the methods and ways.

Thank you, Rafa, for your thoughts and comments. It is easy to shift to a happy perspective if we believe it’s easy.

Wayne Dyer was once asked “What are the blocks to my happiness?” His answer was “Only the belief you have blocks.”

I always say I’m as happy as I want to be. At times I forget this but then something will come to mind that makes me remember. I am my own happiness, not another but me. I allow myself to be happy or I don’t. I am in the driver seat of my life.

    love and hugs

Thanks very much, Jeannie. You said it perfectly! It’s completely up to us whether we are happy or unhappy.

      Love & hugs.
