Many folks believe manifesting is a complicated, mysterious process, and if they don’t do it exactly right, they’re screwed. Many have seen the popular film, The Secret. And they wonder why they cannot do what the folks in the movie are doing.

There’s plenty of information on manifesting — in books, classes, seminars, on the internet, etc. etc. There are some excellent teachers out there offering good ideas and methods for manifesting what you want.

On person we did a reading for had experienced many of the manifestation teachings out there, especially those dealing specifically with the Law of Attraction. She said she was inundated with email and offers, and was now totally confused about the “right” and “wrong” ways to manifest.

Here’s Spirit.

Despite the title John chose for this podcast, there really is no secret to manifesting your dreams.

However, manifesting does remain a mystery to many humans. We hope today to de-mystify it a bit.

There are no “right” or “wrong” ways to manifest, to create.

You are all natural creators — that’s part of who you are as divine extensions of God in human form. You are always creating, whether you’re conscious of it or not.

The “trick,” if you will, is to create consciously and deliberately.

You are creating in every waking moment. You create by what you give most of your attention to. In other words, by what you are thinking, by what you are saying.

However, the universe does not respond to your thoughts or words. But it always responds to your vibration.

Your thoughts and words create your vibration. So it behooves you to pay attention to what you’re thinking and saying. In other words, pay attention to what you’re paying attention to.

Thoughts and words that feel good to you are creating what you want. Whatever you’ve asked for is always on its way to you when you’re feeling good. But when you’re feeling bad, you’re blocking the manifestation of what you’ve asked for. And, by default, you’re creating more of what you do not want. Or, at the very minimum, the lack of what you do want.

It’s that simple!
