Where Do My Pets Go When They Die? by John Cali

One of our clients asked us that question a while back. It’s a great question.

While I realize many people do not believe animals have souls or spirits, I know they do. My spirit guides have convinced me of that, beyond any shadow of doubt.

Spirit

Those who love you, whether they were human or animal in their physical form, never leave you. They often have a desire, beyond the grave, to help you and to continue loving you. That is often why you see, or feel, or hear what you might call “ghosts.”

Animals see little difference between life and death. No matter how awful (or peaceful) their transition from life to death appears to you, those transitions are always easy and effortless to them. And when they arrive “on the other side,” they continue their joyful, exuberant, and happy lives, romping and playing with abandon.

They often return to visit you. As do your human loved ones. But many of you are not open to that happening for you. It’s all a matter of vibration. If you believe, you vibrate in a positive way. And then you open the “doorway” to those beings who, on the “other side,” are vibrating at that same high level.

You never lose those you love. If you remain open to them, “alive” or “dead,” you will always be comforted by them. You will feel their presence, their energy. Your pets never leave you.

Knowing your pets never leave you is comforting. But we want you to appreciate them more fully while they are still in the physical. They know how to have play and have fun. Most of you can use more fun and laughter in your lives. Let your pets teach you how to do that.

Thank-you John for this beautiful post. I am still grieving after losing my best buddy Trey last July. It did not help that I had to make the decision to have it done. But I truly did it for him. It would give me peace knowing he is only happy. He struggled with a lot of fears here. Yet, he helped me through so much. I feel I may have had a couple visits with him. They were like dreams but the reunion was a whole bunch of hugs and kisses. Missing him is the hardest part. I loved and appreciated every day we had together. We are all so blessed for any animal we get to spend time with. To me they are all direct connections to Source. Thanks again for sharing this post.

You’re most welcome, Robin. I know exactly how you feel. I too had to make that decision for my last dog, Schnapsi.

It was tough letting go of his physical presence and warmth. So my heart goes out to you. The sadness will pass, and only the love will remain.

Schnapsi is with me once again, in spirit. I talk to him almost every day. I know Trey is still with you — just be open to whatever way he wishes to communicate with you. He wants that as much as you do.

      God bless you both.

    Hi John,
I have a question: Can animals reincarnate as humans? Or only as animals?

    Love,

    Veronica

      Hi Veronica,

I believe it’s possible for animals to reincarnate as humans. After all, consciousness is consciousness — and it can project itself wherever it wants to go.

      Love, John

Thank you John for sharing and for the reminder what an important role animals play in our lives on how to express ourselves freely everyday and be happy.

It is videos like the one you just shared that put me in such a happy place. I love animals and my two little dogs (as crazy as they can be) truly are my best buddies. Such true, unconditional love!!! I have noticed when I cry they jump right on my lap and drive me nuts…I finally got it that they were saying…”look at me..get in the NOW!” And it always works 🙂

Thanks John ♥ My favorite topic. So relieving to know our bonds with our pets are forever.

    Love and light,

    Robin

    Hi John,
What a wonderful video, what joy they possess and so uninhibited. We certainly could learn so much from them and wouldn’t the world be such a beautiful place if we as humans could be that free. 🙂

    Thanks you John.
    Love and hugs,
    Micki

Dogs and cats are truly amazing little balls of life. The first little dog that lived with me and my family was a miniature red dachshund and she was the runt of the litter. She brought so much fun and life to my family.

After being with us for about four years, we had to give her up to go overseas. We were fortunate that her new owner and her really connected. Several years later, I had a vision of her wagging her tail and running to my arms as a little puppy, so I then knew she had crossed over.

I feel that since we are beings of love, we create what we need to experience in life and the pets help and guide us back to love.

Thanks, John for this great topic.

    Love,
    Jerry
