Why Is the World So Screwed Up?

Nothing real can be threatened; nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace of God. ~ A Course in Miracles

every day is a new adventure, a new beginning

Every Day Is an Adventure, A New Beginning

Some of the most frequent questions we get in private readings go something like this:

  • Is there something wrong with me?
  • What’s going on with my body?
  • Why am I feeling so scattered and scared?
  • Why is the world so screwed up?

Most of us, particularly if we’re spiritually conscious and aware, have probably asked ourselves those questions, or something similar.

A while back a close personal friend came to me with a few questions, and asked if Spirit had any words of comfort. With my friend’s permission, I’m publishing his brief talk with Spirit. I think it might be helpful to anyone who’s struggling with similar questions, or with anything else.

Spirit

All of your physical discomfort will soon vanish if you do the things we have talked about (diet, meditation, spending more time in nature, etc.).

We see nothing life-threatening here—only some adjustments your body is making in response to the rapidly shifting energies and vibrations on your planet today. Most humans are experiencing the same adjustments.

This is the beginning of humanity’s return to full consciousness, to full awareness of the divine heritage that belongs to all of you.

The world is not screwed up. It is simply moving out of darkness back into light. Darkness is an illusion. Illusions are not real. Only light and love are real.

All is well. Trust that. Know that.

Virtually every human on the planet today is undergoing this transformation, each in his or her own way. This (your current experience) is your way.

You will move through this time of transformation more and more easily each day. Trust that also. We are always here with you, at your side in every moment. You have many other spirits you’re not even aware of, also watching over you. The moment you ask for help we answer.

You know what is required of you. Listen to and trust your intuition—you always know what is right for you. You always know the right choice to make. And you have the power to follow through.

You have full control of your life experience. You control that life experience by your thoughts and words. Choose the good ones.

Every day in an opportunity to create yourself and your life anew. Make each day a joyful experience.

Just do it and all will be well. All is well.

Hi John — thank you for posting this. Spirit’s words are always encouraging and inspiring to me and puts me right back on track. I hope you don’t mind if I quoted it, in part, in a post I’m getting ready to publish called, “All Is Well?”

Great reminder and supporting message! Thank you so much!
Sometimes it seems I don’t have feelings anymore in contrary to the greater sensitivity you are supposed to have. I just don’t want to get into the drama and when terrible things happen I just look at it from a distance. It seems I don’t have compassion, but of course I know that is not the case. It can be confusing though.

Glad you liked it, Berna. I appreciate your kind words.

I don’t think you are lacking sensitivity because you don’t want to get into the drama and trauma our world is seeing so much of. In fact, when we become carriers of compassion we benefit those who are suffering far more than if we walked into their pain and suffering with them.

Thank you John. Yes, I think so too. The more distance you take, the better you see the bigger picture (= the information Spirit shared in this post), the less pain, anger, frustration or whatever emotion pulls you down. A wound can only heal when the dirt has come out. Hug.

Yep….I’ve been asking the same questions! Nice to know that I’m not the only one going through this.

I’ve been experiencing mystery pains for the past six months. It started in early November of last year with my neck. That finally resolved itself and now it’s my left elbow that giving me what for. These both came on suddenly and though I am getting older, I don’t think it really has to do with my joints wearing out!

I was thinking that it has to do with all the vibrational changes that we are experiencing.

Thanks for verifying my intuitive knowing!! 🙂

Thanks very much, Noralee. I think most of us, especially the sensitive ones like you, are going through this.

I agree — pain has nothing to do with our bodies getting older (unless we believe it does). As you said, it’s all to do with the unprecedented vibrational shifts we are experiencing. I love the little affirmation Deepak Chopra recommends we say to ourselves regularly:

Every day in every way, I am increasing my mental and physical capacity. I am reversing my biological age by changing my perception of my body, its aging, and time.

      Thanks again!
