Recently, the American government released previously classified files and videos related to possible contact with UFOs. This prompted us to wonder what Spirit’s point of view on this topic might be.

Well, to start with: there is nothing to fear!
When contact occurs—and it is not a matter of if but when—it will come with love. If you happen to encounter a so-called extraterrestrial (ET), stay calm and be curious. Allow them to tell you or show you what they wish to express.
There is a great deal of arrogance and ignorance regarding ETs. There may be differences in frequency. But ETs are NOT a punishing or judgmental higher power, like a god.
Fearful impressions of ETs, as portrayed by human beings, are generally based on a lack of knowledge, fear, or a desire to gain power over others. They can also be projections of people’s own inner fears.
So, our advice is this: remain open, calm, curious, and trusting. Contact and visits will be beneficial to humanity in one way or another.
