This week, a friend of mine shared a story from her watercolor class that I found remarkable and interesting.
One of the participants—let’s call her Paula—had been painting a scene of a woman swimming underwater. The very next day, she received the heartbreaking news that her niece had drowned in a tragic accident.
Paula told my friend that this wasn’t the first time she had experienced intuitive or even predictive moments that seem to connect to something beyond our usual understanding of time and space.
I find these occurrences both fascinating and beautiful. They show us that reality is far more layered and mysterious than we’re taught to believe.
My friend was so struck by the story that she had to sit down. Another friend, who was with us, reacted in fear and said, “Oh, I’d never dare to paint again!”
Isn’t it interesting how differently we respond to the unknown?

As Berna said, humans respond differently to the unknown. Some respond with fear, as did the one friend who said “Oh, I’d never dare to paint again!”
Others might respond with a totally different response, such as “How exciting!”
What would be your response? Whatever it is, it will give you powerful insight into who you are and how you choose to live your life.
Those are always, without exception, the only real choices you face in your daily lives.
It’s probably obvious to you, our readers, which choice most people in your modern world make, perhaps even you. You live in a fear-filled world. You expect only the worst.
And so, what do you get? Often, only the worst!
We’ll discuss this powerful subject in more detail another time. But for now, we’ll say this: Many of you fear your world is going to hell. And so that is what it seems to be doing.
But it does not have to be that way!
You are in control. You are powerful beings. You create whatever you focus on. And what you focus on is a free choice each of you make every moment of your lives.
God, Goddess, or whatever you perceive to be the creative force that molds your world, is you! Unfortunately, you often misuse your power to create what you do not want.
We realize you do not do that deliberately. But, nonetheless, you do it! And the result is what you see in your news media every day.
So if your world is in a mess, know it is a mess you all created.
Once you realize how creative, how powerful you all are, you will see your world shift quickly into what would seem to you now as a paradise.
There are no accidents. There are no mistakes. There are only your creations.
You create it all—whether you consider “all” good, bad, evil, wrong.
As we’ve been saying many years now, you are God, you are Goddess.
It’s way past time for you to acknowledge that. Then you will no longer feel the victims of life. Then you will be the creators of life. And then you will create a dark, evil world or a bright happy world. It’s your choice.
So when you see in your world what you do not want, simply change your minds. You have that much power. Change your mind and change your world.
It’s simple. Use your mind power to create the world of your dreams—not the hell of a world you often do create.
