For centuries now we’ve tried everything else; the power of wealth, of mighty armies and navies, machinations of diplomats. All have failed. Before it is too late, and time is running out, let us turn from trust in the chain reactions of exploding atoms to faith in the chain reaction of God’s love. Love—of God and fellow men. That is God’s formula for peace. Peace on earth to men of good will. ~ Cardinal Richard Cushing, 1895–1970
The Dove of Peace
Many of you are familiar with James Twyman, also known as The Peace Troubadour. James, a New York Times bestselling author, has been performing his peace concerts all over the world for 20 years now. In war-torn places like Croatia and Bosnia. In 1998 Saddam Hussein invited him to Iraq to perform at the national theater in Baghdad.
James, with such luminaries as Gregg Braden and Doreen Virtue, organized a prayer vigil in 1999 to coincide with the escalation of violence in Iraq. About 2 million people joined them. They timed the vigil so it coincided with the planned start of air strikes. But in the face of all that spiritual energy, the air strikes were abandoned.
That is the power of millions of people joining their hearts and minds in prayers for peace. No other power can even come close.
In January, James will be performing in ISIS-controlled Syria. In his words, “Performing the peace prayers in ISIS-controlled Syria will be the most important and dangerous peace mission of my life.”
You can be a part of this historical event, in two ways.
First, sign up for this worldwide prayer vigil. To join, click here.
Second, tell everyone you know about this campaign to literally change the world, and to create what humanity has longed for over many centuries—peace on earth. The more people who join, the more powerful and life-transforming these peace prayers will be.
In my opinion, this is the greatest New Year resolution all of us can make for 2016.
Here is a short video of James explaining his ISIS Peace Meditation.

Ron B.
Although moving the greater body of humankind closer to unconditional love is my goal, my desire and my intent, my devil´s advocate side is moved to point out that contrast is an absolute necessity for life as we know it. Heaven on Earth would spell the end of both Earth and Heaven. Change is a constant. Expansion is the name of the game. ¨All is very well indeed.¨ as Abraham says. Also, ¨The better it gets, the better it gets and the worse it gets, the worse it gets. ¨ is another saying from the same source. On the positive side the game is made to favor the positive on the long run because the snake ends up eating its own children and even its own tail. This is called entropy in science.

Thanks very much, Ron, for your insights. Happy New Year!

I believe that joining with James and others from around the world for the concert and the Peace prayers is essential to my spiritual beliefs. If we truly accept living as the spiritual beings we are, then we must automatically believe that a gathering of the world’s spiritual believers in Peace is the most powerful, trusting, and gift of Creator’s Love to all on Earth, including those who need this Love so desperately.
Beloveds, we are the peacemakers, the way showers, the children of God, One with the All That Is. We have the power to give the support to those who cannot find the way.
Love to you all.

Thanks very much, Mikala. You said it all beautifully.
