Strange Energies Again

Where we live, it is usually peaceful and calm. Yet we often say to each other, “The energies feel strange again today.” We thought this would be a beautiful topic for this week’s message.

Yes, it certainly can feel like the energies are strange. But they are not strange—they are simply different from the energies you have become accustomed to. A great deal is happening in your world and on Earth. If you are sensitive, you can feel these turbulent vibrations.

Earth and humanity are moving toward a higher level of consciousness. Much needs to change in order to reach that point. Lower vibrations are making way for the higher frequencies of love. As this happens, these lower vibrations rise to the surface, and you see their reflection in the news.

A great deal is also happening within individuals. Minds are changing, and as a result, lives are changing as well. More and more people are opening themselves to a broader understanding of reality and of who they truly are.

But in truth, there is no separation. There is only Oneness. The energy of every human being influences the whole, and the energies of Earth and the universe influence humanity. Everything is connected.

The more you are attuned to Oneness and to love—which is your true nature—the more sensitive you become to energy. These clearing energies can indeed feel intense, uncomfortable, and unfamiliar.

That is why we advise you not to focus on the news. News outlets tend to highlight negative events, and constant exposure to them does not support your well-being. Instead, focus on what brings you joy and opens your heart. Trust that everything is unfolding for the highest good.
