What Time Is It Now?

John

I often lose track of what day it is and what time it is. The other day, I asked Berna, “What day is it?”
She replied, “Friday.”
And I responded, “Really?”
That was a trigger for Spirit to react.

Spirit

The more you are focused on the illusion you call “time,” the more chance there is you will misuse it.

What do we mean by that?

Well, humans in general have what we would call an unhealthy obsession with time.

You have all these expressions in your uses of the word “time.”

You talk about “saving” time, “wasting” time, “spending” time, etc. etc.

So much of your lives on earth is centered on the idea of limitation.

You certainly fret about not having enough time, enough freedom to live as you please, enough of this, enough of that, and so on and on.

You define your lives by how limited you perceive yourself to be. And one of your greatest limitations, as you perceive your lives, has to do with time.

So, what is time?

We’ve said it here today, and many, many times over the years. (There’s that word again!)

Time is an illusion. Just what is an illusion? It is what is not real.

Isn’t that ironic? Your lives are ruled by something that is not real. It is an illusion.

It is not real. And yet you torture yourselves endlessly by believing something unreal is real.

What a waste of time 😊 that is!

Yes, I agree with the illusion of time. However, as a collective haven’t we agreed to this illusion of time to live in this dimension? People that work, have appointments, etc., need to plan “their time” in order to live on this earth.Time is speeding up, accidents sometimes slow down time. For now, we live in the reality of time, although it can be all summed up as present time or no time. Don’t we require this on earth in this reality? Our bodies are even run by time, time to sleep, time to eat, time to take a pill, etc.
Thanks again John. I’ve always found Spirt to be complete truth in the messages.Viewing from a higher perspective, I agree. But it seems we need time on this earth’s reality to live here.

most of the time I have no clue what day it is. And time just flies by me.
It indeed is an illusion. I am not tied to a schedule so time is not that important unless I miss my favourite tv shows but then I have them on my pvr. so time is of no meaning at all

    good post, thank you
    love and hugs
