In case you missed it, the world was supposed to end last month on Saturday, September 23. That was the theory promoted by David Meade who calls himself a “specialist in research and investigations.” Oddly enough, Meade said he didn’t really expect it to happen. Obviously, it did not—at least not for you, if you’re reading this.
But now, Meade is saying October 15—that’s tomorrow—will be the beginning of the end for all of us. He said, “Hold on and watch. Wait until the middle of October and I don’t believe you’ll be disappointed.”
If you’re confused by all this, I don’t blame you.
Will the world really end one of these days? Or will it just go on and on? How does the concept of alternate or parallel realities fit in here?
Here’s part of what we said a couple weeks ago, in our post How To Predict the Future:
The spirit guide Seth, as channeled by Jane Roberts, once said there was an alternate reality where World War 2 ended in a nuclear holocaust. Obviously, none of us—or our parents or grandparents—experienced that reality.
Spirit
While there certainly are parallel realities, who do you think controls them? You do! You’re not victims of fate, or God, or Satan, or whatever.
Although you all experience linear time while you are in physical bodies, time is not a “fixed” experience. (Nor is space.)
You all have the ability to manipulate time. Although you often do it, you’re not always aware of doing it. Can you travel into alternate, or parallel, realities? Yes. Can you learn to do that consciously? Again, yes.
So what’s happening with all the “end of the world” scenarios humans have been creating a long time now?
Many of you are simply unhappy with the “here and now”—the present moment. So you dream up these scenarios allowing you to potentially escape from the present moment. Or so it seems.
And yet you will never escape. Because, even if it seems you are escaping, you will always “be here now.”
So what is an alternate or parallel reality? It is just another aspect of the present moment, of the eternal now. It may not seem that way to your human senses, but that is what it is.
You are all free to explore to your heart’s content. But you will never escape from your present moment. And why would you want to anyway?
All your power, all your wisdom, everything you could ever wish for, exists right here, right now. You just don’t see it yet. But you will.

Now, how would you explain, say for example to an academic circle, the fact that there are an infinite number of earths present – although “EVERYBODY” is perceicing the same earth from their individual / different perspectives?

It wasn’t the end of time for me John. I’m too busy enjoying life. After all these years learning from you and spirit. I do not entertain doom and gloom predictions from “specialist in research and investigations.” Personalities/experts. They instill fear! That is one of the most important lesson I’ve learned from you and spirit. Eliminating fear out of my daily life. It’s has made such a big difference for me. On the subject of parallel realities,,hmmm, the way I understand it is like this. All realities exist right here and now. But our mind are tuned into physical reality frequency. So we only experience life in the physical world. For some, are able also to be tuned with the spirit world. Like a cell phone tuned in to that wireless data frequency along with radios ability to tune into multiple frequency. Am I on the right track John?

Thanks very much, Rene. I’m delighted to hear that. Life is made to enjoy. Even with our challenges, I believe the divine powers truly want us to be happy. As A Course in Miracles says, there is nothing to fear.
I agree with your understanding of parallel realities, Rene. They only appear separate from us because our egos or human minds, while they serve valuable functions, are limited. Our spirits are unlimited. And, with enough experience with such spiritual practices as meditation, we can transcend the limitations of our ego/mind while we are still in physical bodies.
So yes, Rene, in my opinion, you are on the right track.

Well, I am referring to Bashar (channeled by Darryl Anka).
Going through billions of parrelel realities every second is a standard phrase he is using.
I thought you were familiar with his exposition.
The idea is that “Everything is Here and Now” – all possible realities are coexisting at the same time.
By focusing our consciousness on a particular “image” we give that reality “by relating to it” LIFE!

Yes, I know Darryl. He’s a great channel. But I hadn’t heard this particular idea from Bashar.
Without knowing exactly what Bashar said, I would agree with your description of it. There is no past or future. Everything exists in this present moment. “Past” and “future” are simply illusions. My spirit guides have said that many times over the years.
And the guides and I agree with what you said: By focusing our consciousness on a particular “image” we give that reality “by relating to it” LIFE!
I would add one other thought. A phrase often used by spiritual teachers like Deepak Chopra is “the field of all possibilities.” I really like that description of what we might call parallel realities.
So if everything we could ever think of, or dream about already exists, then by focusing only on what we want, we can manifest it into our current experience.
