Happiness Is a Choice by John Cali

US President Abraham Lincoln once said “A man is about as happy as he makes up his mind to be.”

Do you believe that?

We’ve talked about this subject publicly and privately many times over the years. I agree with President Lincoln. But not everyone does.

This past week has been one of our busier ones around here. So we’re revisiting an article on happiness we published several years ago.

    Hello John and Spirit

I surely believe that happiness is a choice now!! But…a few years back I didn’t,Ihad always believed the old saying “Life is like a deck of cards, you get what you are dealt” and I lived my life this way, Just dealing with whatever came up the best way I knew how and could.

It took me awhile to be open to the whole Spirit world, since when I 1st started reading things,I was so shocked!! Although I was raised Babtist and to go by the Bible ONLY.

As I read more of your work with Spirit,I started getting more interested in it with every newsletter now for about 3 years or so.

I think people (as it did for me) have to be open minded ALOT to start understanding the concepts and realize we do have choices on every thing in our life.

The more I read,I started getting excited and wanted to know and Feel more, So,I became interested in Channeling as well, there is so much more I still need to learn,But have learned and researched alot over the past few years and started actually meditating for the 1st time,I think the 1st part of last year or a little before.

All I can say is the feeling of it all is nothing short of AMAZING!! And I Thank you and Spirit for this and opening my eye’s to all the possibilities that are out there in this world!!

It would be so Great for everyone to be open minded to make the choice to be happy, then they will feel more Love and it is never ending!!

Big Hugs to you and Spirit for ALL ya’ll do!
Lots of love to you all xoxo
    Lisa
