Love does not discriminate. Love does not separate. Love does not attack in any way. It is a peaceful extension of All That Is….Love is always there. That benevolent force is always there….”

Those words are excerpted from Tina Spalding’s book, Jesus: My Autobiography.

Spirit

“Love” is perhaps the most abused and misused word in the English language.

When you use the word (perhaps more than you consciously realize), do you know what you’re saying?

When you tell someone “I love you,” are you fully aware of the word’s true meaning?Read more

Many years ago, I had a startling experience with love and religion.

Still a teenager, I’d joined the US Navy. (Military service was required in those days.) Stationed far from my New York home, I was lonely and homesick, as were my shipmates. Simon (not his real name), my closest friend on the ship, was also from New York.

In one chapter, Baird describes a terrifying experience he and his companions endured in the Gobi Desert.Read more

This week we’re featuring another article by my dear friend and brother, Ted Murray. Ted’s an accomplished writer and spiritual teacher. He’s also a great tennis coach.

In Ted’s message, he asks an intriguing question: Is ancient wisdom important for us today?

Ted Murray

With the new energy and light that are flowing into the planet, are the ancient ways of spirituality still relevant for us? In many ways, the relevance of traditional religions and even old spiritual traditions are no longer necessary.Read more
