Mind Power Revisited

One of our favorite book series is Life and Teachings of the Masters of the Far East by Baird T. Spalding.

Among the many, miraculous deeds of the Masters are their abilities to live hundreds of years without aging, transport their physical bodies to any location they wish (teleportation), instantly heal others and themselves as Jesus did (and still does), and so on.

In this skeptical, close-minded era we’re in now, all this seems like nonsense to many. Yet it’s closer to the truth of who we are than most imagine. And, of course, we always have our spirit family guiding us.

Most humans do not realize how powerful each of you is. If, as A Course in Miracles says, “I am as God created me,” then you have all the powers of your Creator God.

Think about that for a moment. To the earth-bound human mind (the “ego mind”), that’s an incredibly mind-blowing statement. We would hazard a guess here that some of you reading this would dismiss what we just said as “fairy-tale thinking.”

It is not that, never was, never will be. It is the truth of who you are—each and every one of you.

You are not here on your planet at this time by accident. You chose to come now because—as you all are aware, sometimes painfully so, this is a time of great transformation. We like to think of it as a time of returning to your “spiritual roots.”

If you’re reading this, then you are aware, awake, and you know your mission is to help your sisters and brothers who are not yet aware and awake.

That is your mission. No matter what else you think you are doing here, that is your mission, your purpose, your reason for being here now.

So it behooves you to use all your immense powers to fulfill your mission. Of those powers, your mind power is the greatest.

You were created in the image and likeness of God. You have all of God’s creative power.

Use that power wisely and well. You have no other reason to be here now.

This short video might seem like a frivolous parlour game. But in it, Deepak Chopra and Oprah Winfrey, demonstrate a simple yet powerful mind control technique. I discovered this many years ago—and I know it works.

the one thing people forget is to expect what you desire. I do this myself. Your belief, your thoughts and expectation has to be together. Once you divest from one, you block yourself.
We have the tools right within our very cells, our very blood and it’s the mind that is the breeding ground.

People and society tend to prepare for the worst and try to think positive. But this in itself negates your desire. Knowing that we through our belief, our thoughts and our expectation is freedom . We are capable of infinite possibilities, changing patterns of thought is hard but we all can do this.

Thoughts, Belief and Expectation creates whatever reality we find ourselves in.

Seth said this many years ago and through the years it always worked for me. I forget sometimes but I am a work in progress. Anyone can change, anything can change and we are the power, the creator of our own life.

    love and hugs

Thanks for more wisdom. It sounds a bit like Anne Frank, some of whose writings I have just been reading. Love, George
