Angel Light
In our last blog post, How Do You Express the Light of God?, we talked about an elderly lady who, despite her age and infirmity, nonetheless radiated a powerful, loving energy all about her.
This week we’re talking about another person who radiated that same loving energy all his life.
Spirit
You all chose the details of this and your other lifetimes. Your spirit — that greater, grander part of you — chose your ethnic background, your parents, your siblings, your geographic location, your physical characteristics, etc. You chose it all.
We realize many of you wonder why you made some of the choices you now consider undesirable. Your spirit, in its infinite wisdom, knew every detail it chose was perfect for this lifetime.
Even if you came into physical incarnation with what you would consider disabilities — for example, a defective heart — from your spirit’s perspective it was for the highest and best good of all involved.
One of John’s older cousins was born with a “defective” heart. His doctors predicted he would not live more than five or six years. But he proved them wrong.
He had a slender frame. Some would say he was frail, and he certainly appeared that way. According to the medical people, he would never reach beyond the physical or mental maturity of a child of nine or ten.
He was the most loving, kind, and warm-hearted young man. Despite his “disability,” he was almost always happy. He was a great inspiration to many in John’s large Italian family. They cared for him in a way some of them rarely cared for anyone else.
In his disability, he inspired and uplifted the family and his many friends. He love telling jokes. He loved cooking. Despite his frail appearance, he was a powerful runner who could outrun and outlast most adults.
He lived to be 61, and died peacefully at home.
Now, would you say that life, with its physical frailties, was a failure? Definitely not. It was a great success because it inspired love and compassion in some of the family who sorely needed more of both in their lives.
Until you know (though you can’t ever really know) the spirit’s intent for a particular life, you cannot judge that life or that person.
You are all beautiful, just as you are. Let your light shine.

Beautiful message. Beautiful story of your cousin. I could really feel his spirit and the love his ‘defective’ heart inspired in others. I agree with everything in this message despite the hardship I have endured. I wish I could get to the why of my current choices and a lifetime that hasn’t felt so good ( and that is putting it mildly). We each of us have a Book of Life – The Akashic Records. I look forward to tapping into mine for greater understanding of my journey and life’s purpose. Why I set things up the way I did. Ha ha – Man! WHAT was I THINKING!!!
One thing I know for sure: Love is the answer to every question. We are all beloveds.

Hi John!
First I just want to thank you for the reminder that you and Spirit are not clones. It’s easy to get caught up in that way of viewing. Sometimes I really enjoy watching Daryl Anka come around after a message from Bashar because it’s so amazing and yet like you have said- we are all this and not.
What Spirit shared about us all being beautiful all the time really hit home. Sometimes I don’t feel so beautiful if I’ve hurt someones feelings or disappointed myself in some way, but you never know , that situation may have helped some else in another situation- like Spirit says! I never thought of it quite like that before. Thank you John!

Sometimes my guides and I are saying the same things, using the same words. But the vibrations are always different because we each have our own unique perspectives and ways of using words. It’s a different energy.
I understand what you mean in saying you don’t feel so beautiful when you’ve disappointed yourself or another. I’ve been there too.

Hmmmm, sorry to opine re. something you posted, John, but that is just the way I am. You said, but in parentheses for good reason, ” (though you can’t ever really know), imho is misleading.
We can and we may as long as our intent is positive and productive to the goals or aims of this life system know everything and anything. This is what has been referred to as “knowledge” and has been listed as one the the highest of emotions alongside love and joy. It does require some practice as to the getting ” used to it” though because these can be “mind-blowing experiences.
There are no secrets. I have been saying this since the early eighties when my interest in the ” paranormal ” awoke after reading the Edgar Cayce material and soon after the Seth material.
Keep up the good work. All is very well indeed.

First, I did not say “though you can’t ever really know” – my spirit guides said that. They and I are not clones of each other. Though I do agree with them on that point.
Second, I agree with you that there are no secrets. As human awareness expands, keeping secrets is becoming more difficult, if not impossible. That’s a good thing.
